Who Where Affected With Google's New Algorithm Update?

It was just last week that Google announced that they have updated their search algorithm. "Content Farmers" are the ones mostly affected with the new changes. But its only one week since the update was rolled out and we are wondering who are the "farmers" that were affected by these changes?

I started the day reading updates on the Search Engine and Online world and one of the updates that had my attention is the topic on Google's update on search algorithm. The new update on Google's search algorithm will affect 12% of the searches.
